    On the 16th of May, Matteo Rizzo will be one of the protagonists of the event LeAlture. Here, he and other starred chefs will cook for a good reason, which is raising funds for a scholarship for a young and promising chef. The event was created following the will of the chef of restaurant TreQuarti’s chef, Alberto Basso, who wants to remind his friend, business partner and colleague Stefano Leonardi, who passed away last year at a very young age. It will be a pleasant and nice event with some of the most vital interpreters of local cuisine.

  • Matteo Rizzo on Dolce Salato in Casera

    From 2 to 3 May, Matteo will move from the kitchen of Desco to the one of the school Dolce Salato in Caserta. Here he will teach in a course and show the students how to prepare one of his tasting menus. It will also be a good occasion to meet Peppe d’Addio, owner of the school and the first teacher of Matteo.

    From 21 to 25 October 2013 Il Desco will be in Seoul, Korea will be held Seoul Gourmet, an international festival dedicated to culinary excellence.

    The five-day meeting merges cooking demonstrations by top chefs from all over the world and gala dinners.
